anonymous - are you talking about the 66 victims of "serious sexual assaults in minicabs, or by those posing as minicab drivers" in 1997, or the "10 sexual assaults ... committed in London every month by illegal minicab drivers" in 2005 (that's nearly double the 1997 figure) - some time after licensing legislation was introduced? Are you saying that Eric was wrong to question the lack of adequate scrutiny of the bill?
